Using his innovative and creative cooking techniques, home-chef Snowcolory will show you how he can transform an ordinary slab of rib-eye or a slide of salmon into a piece of art on a plate not just for your palate but also a feast for your eyes

Guest Home-chef: Cha Wee Lo-on @Snowcology Wee Loon, a passionate home-cook believes in making “Pretty, Good Foods” with that important comma ! Every dish is conceptually paired with 3 of his furry pets, Snowy, Coco or Codi as an everlasting memory of them

His interest in cooking and plating started when he received an Eleven Madison cookbook as a gift. He started experimenting the recipes, whilst picking up the plating techniques. He beleives that all food recipes (except baking) are just a guide and cooks should rely on their own sharp senses
