Peranakan Heritage Cooking

Peranakan cuisine requires a high level of patience and advance preparation as all of the rempahs (spice pastes, the base of Peranakan dishes) have to be made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The dishes are then slowcooked
for hours to emphasize their vibrant flavors. If you like to savour this authentic cuisine, come join our founder, Diana and Peranakan homechef, Anastasia, for a heritage feast. Driven by her passion to cook for her family, Anastasia has perfected her late mum’s good old recipes and added a twist of difference to give it her signature touch.
