Hailing from a small town in New Zealand, Chef Jenna White has made her way around the world gaining experience from renowned chefs along her way.
Chef Jenna is currently the Resident Pastry Chef and Development Chef for Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School, founded by Dean Brettschneider, owner of Baker & Cook and Plank Sourdough Pizza. At Brettschneider’s Baking & Cooking School, she assists, teaches and develops new and fresh ideas drawing from a strong foundation of 15 years of restaurant experience.
Chef Jenna is a vibrant, creative, passionate chef who loves to create colorful dishes using both local and imported ingredients.
